Frequently Asked Questions | B2 Expedite Express

Question 1

What is expedite shipping and when should I use it?

Accepted Answer

Expedite shipping is time-critical freight movement where speed and reliability are the priority. It is the right choice when a production line is down, a customer is waiting on a critical part, or a deadline cannot slip. B2 Expedite Express dispatches immediately and drives direct — no stops, no terminals, no delays.

Question 2

How quickly can you pick up a same-day shipment?

Accepted Answer

In most cases we can dispatch within 1–2 hours of your call. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — so there is no waiting for business hours. The moment you reach us, we are working on getting a vehicle to your location.

Question 3

What is the difference between LTL and FTL freight?

Accepted Answer

LTL (Less Than Truckload) means your freight shares trailer space with other shippers — a practical option for smaller loads that do not require a full truck. FTL (Full Truckload) means the entire trailer is dedicated to your freight, offering faster transit and less handling. We manage both with the same level of professionalism and care.

Question 4

Is there a minimum or maximum freight size you accommodate?

Accepted Answer

We are flexible. From a single pallet to a full 53-foot trailer, we can accommodate your load. Contact us with your freight details — weight, dimensions, and destination — and we will identify the right solution for your shipment.

Question 5

How do you keep me informed during a shipment?

Accepted Answer

You will have direct communication with our team throughout the entire run. We provide proactive updates at key milestones and you can reach us directly at any time for a status check. You will always know where your freight is and who to contact.

Question 6

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We provide service across the continental United States. Whether you are moving freight regionally or coast to coast, we have the capacity and the commitment to get it there on time.

Question 7

What makes B2 Expedite Express different from other carriers?

Accepted Answer

When you work with B2, you are working directly with the carrier — the veteran-owned, family-operated team that owns and operates the equipment. That means consistent communication, personal accountability, and a standard of service that reflects our values, not just a service agreement.

Question 8

How do you handle unexpected issues during a shipment?

Accepted Answer

We communicate immediately and directly. If anything changes during a run — weather, routing, timing — you will hear from us before you have to ask. We believe that proactive communication is part of the service, not an afterthought.
